Better foot care may prevent many foot problems. Years of wear and tear can be hard on our feet. So that can diseases poor circulations, improperly trimmed toenails, wearing shoes that do not fit properly.

It's a smart idea to have shoe taps and possibly rubber soles put on new shoes as a way to postpone the gradual wearing out process that comes with normal use.
